      The winner of the “Special Award” in the Project Pitches section 2013, The Bodyguard is written by JIANG Jun and presented by BDI Films Inc., Edko (Beijing) Films Limited, Edko Films Limited, Irresistible Alpha Limited, Focus Films Limited and Good Friends Entertainment Limited Sdn Bhd. Produced by Bill Kong and starring Sammo Hung and Andy Lau who are also the director and producer respectively, the film completed principal photography in October 2014.

  

   77 days Directed By ZHAO Hantang (ZHAO Yi), the Project Pitches section’s 2014 “Special Award” winner, As the director of photography, Master Photographer Mark Lee Ping-Bin went into Tibet with the crew. Its shooting in Changtang Natural Reserve in Tibet was completed in December 2014.

  

Mountain Cry Directed By YANG Zi, the Project Pitches section’s 2014 “Projects with Greatest Commercial Potential”, co-produced by Hairun Pictures and Village Roadshow Asia, having been completed in November 2014.

     

       Still more outstanding projects are set to enter production phase in 2015.

   

  The Film Project Market is not only limited to the three-day period of the event itself, but also comprises a year-round incubating system.
