Nanyang Bridge Media is the first company to carry out film and television exchanges and cooperation between China and Indonesia. Since 2014, we have been committed to promoting film and television cultural exchanges, promoting co-production in the film industry and copyright trade in film and television contents between the two countries. Its purpose is to help promote Chinas cultural soft power, help ASEAN countries develop their economies through film and television cooperation, enhance their understanding of China and their cultural identity, and publicize the tourism industry of ASEAN countries. We contributed to the first Chinese-Indonesian co-production in Bali, Island Dreamzzz, and the first Chinese Film workshop by the renown Chinese Director, Xie Fei. In 2017, the second feature film between China and Indonesia was co-produced, titled Boundless Love. Year by year, we keep on devoting ourselves in the cultural and content exchanges between the two countries. We have partnered with the strongest Chinese partners such as China Media Group, Guangxi Radio & Television and iQIYI, to bring Chinese contents to Indonesia. In the other hand, we’re also commissioned by the Indonesian Consulate in Shanghai to host Indonesian Film Week events in Shanghai and actively participate Chinese film festivals to promote Indonesian films. In the future, we will devote more efforts to the development of film and television cultural exchanges between China and ASEAN countries, particularly Indonesia, to enhance understanding between China and ASEAN countries, and to help China and ASEAN brands promotion in their targeted respective countries.
