Beijing International Film Festival Co., Ltd. was established in February 2015 and is primarily responsible for the preparation and organization of the Beijing International Film Festival. The Beijing International Film Festival is a large-scale international cultural exchange event approved by the relevant national authorities. With the principle of “Share the Screen, Shape the Future”, the festival is distinguished by its focus on “Master, Mass, and Market”. It is one of Beijing’s most internationally influential cultural events held annually and serves as a “golden name card” for the city's culture. In line with the company’s development needs, we are now recruiting one Financial Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for handling the company’s cash and bank deposit transactions, including receipts and payments.
(2) Manage the issuance and administration of checks, invoices, and other financial documents, as well as the safekeeping of financial seals, bank signature cards, and related financial records.
(3) Handle tax declarations, tax calculations, and other tax-related matters for the company.
(4) Oversee the financial management of the company’s fixed assets and intangible assets, including depreciation, amortization, inventory checks, and property registration.
(5) Prepare and archive various statistical reports, such as industry statistical reports, financial bulletins, and relevant financing platform reports required by the Ministry of Finance.
(6) Assist in audits, inspections, and other financial reviews.
(7) Organize and bind financial vouchers and accounting books.
(8) Coordinate the company’s contract and legal affairs management, liaise with the legal department, draft and revise relevant policies and contract templates, track contract signing progress, maintain the contract ledger, and archive related documents.
(9) Manage the company’s procurement, tendering and bidding processes, draft and revise relevant policies and procurement document templates, track procurement progress, maintain the procurement ledger, and archive related materials.

Qualifications:
(1) Bachelor’s degree or above in Financial Management or Accounting, with the physical condition required for normal job performance.
(2) At least five years of relevant work experience, a certified intermediate accounting title, and a CET-6 score of 425 or above.
(3) Preference will be given to candidates who have passed CPA professional-level exams in Accounting, Taxation Law, Economic Law, or higher.
(4) Meticulous and diligent, with a proactive learning attitude, strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
(5) Proficient in Yonyou financial software, Beijing’s tax declaration system, and office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
(6) At least one year of driving experience.
