Q: What are the highlights of this edition of the BJIFF Project Pitches?
A: We’ve brought the “Buyers’ Decision Team” in previous editions to next level. A team of “Chief Producers” made up of presidents and producers from top film companies is launched this year, which will vote to select a “Most Market Focus Award” out of all pitching projects. Of course, jury members for the first, second and final rounds of the Project Pitches will be outstanding professionals who are active in creation and production, namely senior screenwriters, directors and producers. The specific list of jury members and guests are to be announced.
Q: How do I know if I’ve submitted my entry successfully?
A: Once your entry is submitted, the system will give you a prompt of successful application. The Organizing Committee will send you a confirmation receipt via email after confirming that the project profile and related materials are complete and correct. The receipt means that your entry is under review and selection. In the event that your project profile and related materials do not comply with corresponding requirements, the Organizing Committee will contact you via email or phone, and review the newly submitted materials.
