1.Ah! Mom (Lu opera film)

  In the autumn of 1934, in the Dabie Mountains Base, He Donglan, a young girl from the Hejia Village, spares no effort to help the evacuation of the Red Army. In addition, she decides to raise the orphan of the Red Army, which makes her bear the misunderstanding of her relatives as well as the tease and bullying of He Laosan, who was the general secretary of the Youth League General Branch of the village. In the end, in order to attract the attention of the enemy and ensure the safe transfer of the orphan of the Red Army, she sacrifices herself as a heroic mother.
2.Li Huiniang (Yue opera film)

  In the late Southern Song Dynasty, the traitor Minister Jia Sidao is having fun with Li Huiniang on the lake. Then a young scholar Pei Shunqing stops the boat and denounces Jia. Li is killed by Jia for praising Pei as a dauntless guy. However, with the permission of the judge in the hell, Li returns to the world and frees Pei, who is imprisoned by Jia. Finally, she burns the Banxian Hall, presenting a great female figure.
3.Begonia Red (Ping opera film)

  The script of this film is rewritten by Li Ruihuan based on the film Begonia Red starred by Bai Yushuang, the founder Bai School of Ping opera in 1935. Directed by famous directors Xiao Lang and Qiu Lili, the film is starred by Wang Guanli, director of Tianjin Ping Opera Bai School Troupe, famous performing artist, inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage. The film, with realistic style, unveils the oppression and persecution of opera artists by the underworld forces of the old age and highlights the persistence and faith of opera artists. It eulogizes the love of the world and the beauty of human nature through the tortuous process of losing and finding son as well as reunion.   
4.Thunderstorm (Shanghai opera film)
Director: Liang Hansen|Actresses: Mao Shanyu/Chen Yu|China|2019
  The film is adapted from the drama Thunderstorm by Cao Yu. With Fan Yi (played by Mao Shanyu, the Shanghai opera artist) as the mainline, it shows the inevitability of the establishment of New China through the destiny of Zhou Puyuan's family. Various wonderful arias of Chinese opera make the film intriguing and reflect the rhythm of the times.
5.Zhao Jintang (Ping opera film)
  Director: Yang Ruiqing|Actress: Zeng Zhaojuan/Actor: Ju Wenlin|China|2019
  The film tells the story of Zhao Jintang, whose husband Zhu Chundeng must join the army to replace his seriously ill uncle. Zhao has to take care of his mother at home. However, Song Cheng pushes Zhu down the cliff at night and plans to procure the property of Zhu with his wife. At first, he forces Zhao to marry him. But she refuses. Then Song maltreats her at the grinding mill. Finally, he asks Zhao and her mother-in-law to shepherd on mountains. It is a trap that makes them homeless in other places. They have to beg for living. However, her husband Zhu survives and comes back home with great honor from the army. In the end, they are reunited and have a good life.
