International Academic Forum on Cinematic Arts — Cooperation and Innovation: A New Pattern of International Film and TV Education
The 10the BJIFF·The 27th Beijing College Student Film Festival “Cooperation and Innovation: A New Pattern of International Film and TV Education” Academic Forum will take place on the morning of August 28, 2020 at Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center.
With the advancement of film & TV industry, film & TV education sees further development in disciplinary education and talent cultivation, and faces new challenges and opportunities under the interdisciplinary, intermedia and cross-cultural context. It is of great importance for the international film & TV education to develop film & TV disciplines, promote theory building and talent training and deepen international communication.
With the support of the “international” and “academic” Beijing College Student Film Festival, the summit will invite the representatives of world’s leading colleges, academic pacemakers, teaching & research leaders and senior scholars to discuss the new pattern, challenges and future of international film & TV education in the form of keynote speech.

The 10the BJIFF·The 27th Beijing College Student Film Festival “Persistence and Innovation: A New Journey of Chinese Films in the New Era” Academic Forum will take place on the afternoon of August 28, 2020 at Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center.
In recent years, young filmmakers kept enhancing their subjective consciousness and updating concepts of industrial development in the film creation and artistic expression, and strove to balance the industrial development and artistic value in the pursuit of a win-win outcome of reputation and market guided by the spirit of persistence and innovation. Young filmmakers, in the new era, have become the backbone of China's film industry in stimulating the market vitality and depicting the blueprint for the future of the industry.
With a focus on new development, new image and new power of the film industry, the summit will invite outstanding young filmmakers to discuss the industrial development and textual creation in the new era. Led and joined by young filmmakers, the summit will fully demonstrate their passion, innovation and vitality, echoing the features of Beijing College Student Film Festival.
