The shortlisted works in the professional category of the 11th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF)-Samsung Short Mobile Film Section appeared on the official website of the BJIFF and Hivideo on September 16. The works of the shortlisted directors will meet you online. These works cover a wide range of genres and subjects. Mobile shooting gives an opportunity to express image in a freer and creative way. Chinese young filmmakers showed their extraordinary talent and courage to innovate in their creations.

 

 

　　The Samsung Short Mobile Film Section launched by the 11th BJIFF in association with Samsung Galaxy S21 5G aims to use a freer device-mobile phone to change the traditional way of image expression, integrate sci-tech innovation with film art exploration, encourage young filmmakers to conduct freer and more diversified film creation, and allow them to understand and interpret the changes of the times in a new way. This is a challenge to all the 22 shortlisted directors, as well as an opportunity for them to show their creative potential.

 

 

　　22部入围作品呈现出中国青年电影人敢于创新与想象的非凡才华，青年导演兰城序在短片《曹盖》中以手机镜头展现藏区神秘而华丽的文化符号，影像水准极高；而青年导演王皓的短片《那风铃声》用日常生活空间与出色的影像调度完成了出色表达，引发强烈情感共鸣；青年导演马史《阿迪力和他的火星朋友》讲述了一个新疆小男孩的对外太空的好奇与憧憬……城乡视角的转换、星球的跨越、时空的穿梭，现实的表达与想象力碰撞出了一次次充满灵动与有趣的创意火花。

　　第十一届北京国际电影节“三星手机电影短片单元”从5月28日起正式启动招募，全国青年电影创作者踊跃报名，手机拍摄短片的创新形式引发行业高度关注。最终组会委选出22位青年导演入围，进行最终手机短片创作，所有入围的青年导演都在7月15日提交了参赛影片，由著名制片人叶宁、著名编剧束焕、著名导演李蔚然组成的评审推荐工作组对所有影片进行了综合打分和评定。9月16日，部分入围短片将登陆北影节官网、嗨视频（Hivideo）与观众见面。

 

　　为了响应疫情防控政策，第十一届北京国际电影节三星手机电影短片论坛活动延期至2021年9月27日举办，届时将公布三星手机电影短片单元所有荣誉归属。

 

　　本次三星手机电影短片单元旨在发掘青年电影人，重新发现中国青年影像的生命力与想象力，以科技创新促进影像艺术创新，以更新鲜的拍摄方式发现才华，9月27日，最佳导演、最佳摄影、最佳编剧和最佳剪辑和最具潜力等多项荣誉即将揭晓。
