　　Attention: Exhibitors who have completed the registration should pay the booth first and log in MyPage on the official website to choose a booth after payment has been confirmed. Exhibitors who register on the website but don’t pay for booths will not be able to participate in the exhibition when the booths have been confirmed or the registration deadline has been expired. When the booths have sold out, we will tell you in time by e-mail.

 

VI. Booth Configurations

Exhibitors can choose from a Standard Booth or a Custom Booth customized to their requirements:

1. Standard Booth

  The 13th BJIFF Beijing Film Market Department is responsible for the infrastructure.

  Provide 4 spotlights, 1 round table, 1 information desk, 3 folding chairs, 1 dustbin and 1 five-hole plug for free. Additional equipment should be rented from the Beijing Film Market Department. 

  Free Wi-Fi available.

  Provide 3 free registration certificates for the exhibitor (exhibitor can participate in all relevant activities in the Beijing Film Market with the certificate, except for those that require special invitation letters).

  Provide 8 free one-day tickets for the Beijing Film Market. 

  Participate in the online exhibition of the 13th BJIFF Online Beijing Film Market for free.

  Handbook of the 13th Beijing International Film Festival Beijing Film Market (E-Edition) and handbag with the logo of Beijing Film Market, etc. (subject to actual objects).

 

2. Custom Booth 

  Custom Booth includes the standard booth and the irregular booth, which are subject to the general arrangement by the Beijing Film Market Department, and the booth will be charged according to the actual area (not including the construction fees).

  Exhibitors can design their own booths according to the allocated sites, but the 13th BJIFF Beijing Film Market Department should be responsible for the construction.

  Free Wi-Fi available.

  Provide 8 free registration certificates for the exhibitor (exhibitor can participate in all relevant activities in the Beijing Film Market with the certificate, except for those that require special invitation letters).

  Provide 15 free one-day tickets for the Beijing Film Market. 

  Participate in the online exhibition of the 13th BJIFF Online Beijing Film Market for free.

  Handbook of the 13th Beijing International Film Festival Beijing Film Market (E-Edition) and handbag with the logo of Beijing Film Market, etc. (subject to actual objects).

 

3. Standard Booth (Online) 

  Can submit a maximum of 5 projects for display; 

  Each project can submit up to 2 trailers within 3 minutes;  

  Can submit an introduction video of the company or main projects within 2 minutes as major presentation video for online booth display.

  The time to upload the booth material will be notified separately. 

 

4. Custom booth (Online)

  Can submit a maximum of 15 projects for display;

  Each project can submit up to 2 trailers within 3 minutes;

  Can submit an introduction video of the company or main projects within 2 minutes as major presentation video for online booth display.

  The time to upload the booth material will be notified separately.

 

5.Joint booth (Online)

  Should apply by institutions/organizations, could apply maximum 20 film companies/institutions; 

  Can submit a maximum of 10 projects for display for each company; 

  Each project can submit up to 2 trailers within 3 minutes; 

  Can submit an introduction video of the company or main projects within 2 minutes as major presentation video for online booth display; 

  The time to upload the booth material will be notified separately.

 

VII. Discounts for Exhibitor

Exhibitors can reserve video equipment at a preferential price if they make the registration and application during the preferential period. The preferential price is CNY1,050/set compared to CNY1,500/set in the non-preferential period. 

Exhibitors can apply for market screenings at preferential price after successful registration and the films to be screened should be reviewed. Please refer to the General Rules for Market Screenings https://www.bjiff.com/FilmMarket/Screening/for the registration rules and detailed requirements. In addition, exhibitors can also apply for the activities organized by the Beijing Film Market including special events and the booking for the hotel designated by Beijing Film Market at preferential prices. 

 

VIII. Construction Time

The construction time for standard booth is 09:00~19:00, April 24, 2023. 

The dismantling time for standard booth is 18:00~21:00, April 27, 2023. 

The construction time for custom booth will be notified by the organizing committee according to the actual situation at the venue. 

 

IX. Exhibition Management 

All the booths should be selected by the exhibitors according to the order of payment, and those who have completed the selection are not allowed to reselect the booth. 

Exhibitors should abide by the relevant requirements by the Beijing Film Market Department and the management of the on-site staff. 

The booth rented should only be used by the exhibiting company or organization, and it should not be lent or distributed to other companies or institutions without the permission of Beijing Film Market Department. 

Exhibitors are not allowed to bring large-scale exhibiting tools (such as tables, chairs, TVs, etc.) to the venue arbitrarily; if they really have special needs, they should apply for the approval by the Beijing Film Market Department in advance.

All the items for exhibition must be placed within the scope of the rented booth, and it’s prohibited to occupy other booths or public areas such as passages. Exhibitors should promise that they own the corresponding copyright and full relevant rights of the items for exhibition. If the onsite disputes due to copyright violation occur, the Beijing Film Market Department has the right to terminate the relevant exhibiting activities or take other relevant measures to maintain the order on the site; the resulting legal and economic responsibilities shall be borne by the relevant exhibitors themselves. 

Exhibitors shall be responsible for the transportation and preparation of their exhibits, and the safety of relevent exhibits and personnel shall be guaranteed by exhibitors before and after the exhibition (including but not limited to the period of transportation, exhibition and withdrawal). Exhibitors shall resolve all the problems and bear all the responsibilities for their own losses or any third-party disputes and losses caused by aforesaid issues. 

 

X. Information Management 

    The Beijing Film Market Department will carefully deal with the materials and information from the exhibitor, and the relevant staff will guarantee the security of the materials and information, ensuring they will not be lost, disclosed or damaged. Without the approval by the organizing committee, exhibitors should not transfer or distribute their rights and interests to other companies; otherwise, the organizing committee has the right to terminate the exhibitor's qualification and the booth fees paid shall not be refunded. 

The documents and information provided by the exhibitor will be used for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

  Publish the materials and information in the Handbook of the 13th Beijing International Film Festival Beijing Film Market and on the official website of the BJIFF; 

  Released onsite of the Beijing Film Market in the form of promotional materials; 

  Used in audio and video promotional materials for the Beijing International Film Festival and the Beijing Film Market. 

 

VII. Legal Statement

The Organizing Committee of the Beijing International Film Festival reserves the right of final explanation of all activities at the 13th BJIFF Beijing Film Market Exhibition.
