Over the past six months, participants have poured their passion into every stage of the process, from topic selection and script polishing to live-action shooting and post-production refinement. Now, the moment they have been working toward is finally here. The four Final Selection Short Films for Production, includingDB-0, Pigsy, Drone Pipe and Audition Day, have all been completed and are set to make their official premiere at the Beijing International Film Festival on April 22.

Synopsis: Set in 2050, the film follows Laojin, a night-shift security guard driven to the edge by the relentless noise from his upstairs neighbor, Qiangzi. Then, in an accident, he acquires a mysterious pair of headphones that can physically erase the source of sound.
Pigsy

Synopsis: A performance of Snow White goes awry. Wu Ying, a girl routinely overlooked by her teacher, saves the show in an unexpected way. From then on, the teacher sees her in a new light, and she even becomes a hero by those around her. However, the truth behind it all may not be so.
Drone Pipe

The four Final Selection Short Films for Production cover diverse themes such as science fiction, horror, and children, with distinct styles and different genres. They are both in-depth explorations of the young filmmakers themselves and sensitive observations of life. They carry the intense tension of genre films while remaining deeply human at heart, fully showcasing the narrative ambition and distinctive visual aesthetics of a new generation of filmmakers.
In addition to the four Final Selection Short Films for Production, this year's Project Pitches Training Camp will also present an exclusive documentary New Shot List by renowned documentary filmmaker Wang Lei. From the opening of the training camp to the shooting of the short film, it fully documents the young filmmakers' experiences and growth over the past six months.

This year's Project Pitches Training Camp will, for the first time, include an honorary awards section, with honors including "Best Performance", "Best Art Direction", "Best Screenplay", "Best Cinematography", "Best Producer", "Best Director", and "Best Short Film". In partnership with Sina Weibo, the program will also launch the "Weibo Filmmaker Ladder Honor", drawing on the platform's reach to support emerging filmmakers and bring outstanding works to wider attention.
