Founded in February 2015, Beijing International Film Festival Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for preparing and hosting the BJIFF, which is a large-scale international cultural exchange event approved by the national authorities. Pursuing the principle of “Share the Screen, Shape the Future”, and adhering to the style of “Master, Mass, Market”, it has now evolved into one of the most internationally influential large-scale cultural events taking place every year in Beijing, as well as a new brand of urban culture. Job responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for writing and sorting out various investment cooperation projects, and actively contacting clients to ensure the completion of profit targets.
(2) Responsible for signing related contracts, supervising and implementing the normal performance of contracts, and calling for receivables or goods owed.
(3) Actively develop new clients, maintain good relationships and lasting contacts with clients, and continue to expand business channels.
(4) Responsible for solving the problems arising in the execution of contracts, and going through all necessary procedures.
(5) Assist in the artist invitation and reception work for related investment promotion activities of the BJIFF.
Brand cooperation of the 13th BJIFF
Job requirements:
(1) Have a bachelor's degree or above, good health, and strong ability of working under pressure. Major in business administration, marketing, advertising, film, cultural industry management, etc.
(2) At least two years of work experience in large-scale cultural festivals and exhibitions, with experience in the BJIFF and commercial production preferred.
(3) Good communication and negotiation skills, good at communicating with clients, and have a good sense of service, with fluent foreign language communication skills preferred.
(4) Own client resources in beauty, clothing, jewelry and other industries, with service experience in more than two brands and film festivals and exhibitions preferred.
(5) Proficient in PS, AE, AI and other editing software, with proficiency in video editing software preferred.
(6) Strong learning ability, as well as copy planning and manuscript writing ability.
(7) Strong sense of responsibility, ability of project coordination, judgment, execution and working under pressure, and good teamwork spirit.
(8) Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other common office software.
(9) At least one year of experience in motor vehicle driving.

Job responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for developing long-term development planning on “Everlasting BJIFF” series activities, making activity plans, and expanding partners.
(2) Responsible for implementing “Everlasting BJIFF” series activities, including event planning, guest invitation, copy writing, etc., and coordinating the whole process of activities.
(3) Responsible for making publicity plans, schedules and materials for “Everlasting BJIFF” series activities.
(4) Responsible for budget formulation, bidding and procurement, contract signing, settlement and acceptance, etc. for "Everlasting BJIFF” series activities.

Job requirements:
(1) Have a master's degree or above (including graduates of the year 2024), good health, and strong ability of working under pressure. Major in film and television industry research, film and television art management, marketing, communication studies, art theory research, etc.
(2) At least two years of work experience in large-scale cultural festivals and exhibitions, with experience in the BJIFF preferred.
(3) Understand the current situation of the domestic film and television industry, and pay attention to the international film and television industry; especially, applicants with cooperation resources of domestic and foreign film and television companies are preferred.
