Out of 853 applicants for the Project Pitches, there are 20 pitching projects and 10 WIPs shortlisted for the negotiation round. In particular, top 10 pitching projects and top 6 WIPs will compete for 7 awards in the final-round roadshow.

Out of 333 applicants for the BJIFF TALENTS, 12 young directors are shortlisted, and 5 young directors will complete 5 short films.

There are a total of 220 registered exhibitors to witness the incubation of market newcomers at the BJIFF this year.

There will be 12 market screenings aimed to revitalize films. 

Six Industry Conversations and Events & Activities are scheduled to guide the way forward for young filmmakers.
