Introduction: A total of 34 excellent Chinese films shortlisted for the “Flashing Youth” section will be screened and the meet-and-greet with Cast & Crew will be organized. National college students and film fans will be invited to enjoy the outstanding Chinese films of the year.
"Documentary, Opera, Animation" Special Section Screening and Cultural Salon

Venue: 77 Cultural & Creative Park, Dongcheng District, Beijing
Introduction: The "Documentary, Opera, Animation" Special Section Screening and Cultural Salon will be held at the 29th Beijing College Student Film Festival to screen the excellent documentaries, opera films and animation films. The cast & crew, experts and professionals in the industry will be invited to the salon for discussion as well as recommend and support outstanding Chinese films.
“Shadow · Time” Online Exhibition
Time: August 20 (Saturday) — September 10 (Saturday), 2022
Platform: Youku
Introduction: The “Shadow · Time” Online Exhibition will be held at the 29th Beijing College Student Film Festival to record the memories of films during the growth of the youngsters. The exhibition will focus on themes such as youth and growth with wonderful Chinese and foreign films screened. Meanwhile, the cast & crew and experts will also be invited for exchanges after the screening.
“Original Works Night” Awarding Ceremony and Screening
Time: August 26-28, 2022
Introduction: The films shortlisted for the Original Works section of this year’s Beijing College Student Film Festival will be revealed at the “Original Works Night”. The industrial professionals, film critics, young creators and the cast & crew of the original works will be invited for participation. The films shortlisted in Feature Section, Documentary Section, Animation Section and Experiment Section will be screened. The producer of shortlisted films and the industrial professionals will be invited to share their experience. Meanwhile, the pitching event will be held to promote the excellent scripts.
National College Exhibition Tour

Venue: 42 universities and colleges in China
Introduction: Beijing College Student Film Festival will continue to cooperate with the colleges and universities nationwide to hold multiple events such as the collection of works, the recommendation of original works, the screening of excellent Chinese films and the themed screening.
