Content: The theme forum of this year's BCSFF will focus on the historical achievements, cultural value, and the position and influence of Chinese cinema within the global film industry. The term “Dual Chronicle” signifies both a retrospective of Chinese cinema's 120-year journey and an outlook for its future development, emphasizing the depth of time and the weight of history. The forum encourages industry practitioners and scholars to explore Chinese cinema from diverse perspectives, including academic research, industrial growth, and international exchange. It aims to promote innovation and development in Chinese film studies and contribute Chinese wisdom and solutions to global film culture. The theme forum is co-organized by Beijing Normal University, the Beijing Dongcheng District Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Dongcheng District People's Government of Beijing Municipality.

II. Special Screening Program Celebrating 120 Years of Chinese Cinema
