The E-sports Carnival is to be held from May 1 to 3 to attract wider engagement of the public for free during the BJIFF. It's comprised of E-sports for All Experiential Zone, Hanfu Culture Exhibition, and Animation and Gaming IP Exhibition. Specifically, the E-sports for All Experiential Zone provides family games and VR sporting events. The Eggy Party, Wii and other games or devices will be prepared for young players to try. Visitors can sign up on site to participate in the gaming experience, and all recreation activities will be participated for free and organized by professional event teams. After the conclusion of activities, players with leading scores will be presented gifts, so as to enhance the competition and interest of activities. Curated based on the chronological dynasties, films and TV dramas, the Hanfu Culture Exhibition will display various costumes in the Tang, Song and Ming dynasties, and offer visitors an immersive tour of the ancient culture, through which they will learn about textures, patterns and styles of the Hanfu with fun. At the same time, traditional folk games, such as fan-making and pot-throwing will be set up on the site for more fun. The Animation and Gaming IP Exhibition will set up an interaction area for visitors to take photos. Through a series of activities, the Game-Based Animated Films Section will provide a display platform for filmmakers and animation professionals, enhance the cultural attributes of benefiting and cultivating people, and enrich people's spiritual and cultural life.
