Li Tingwei, General Manager of Poly Film and Poly Digi-Entertainment, shared his views on the future-focused planning for the film industry and the digital field in the metaverse era. He believes that the emergence of metaverse creates more possibilities for change as the film industry develops.

“We are endlessly envisioning the future of metaverse cinema. The metaverse broadens the boundaries and horizons of cinema. The ideas of ‘digital native’ and ‘virtual reality’ can be developed in multiple dimensions. The metaverse enables us to see what we could not see in the past, to make the unintelligible become accessible, and to turn what we think into what we can see, among others,” said he. 

It is his hope that more excellent partners will join to plan the digitization of culture and to make joint contribution to and share the benefits of the future of metaverse cinema. He also wishes the Chinese film industry a promising future driven by both innovative technology and premium content.
