I. Introduction

The 12th BJIFF–Run for Fun is organized by the Beijing film industry and veteran filmmakers on their own initiative, with the robust support of the BJIFF Organizing Committee, the Publicity Department of Beijing Huairou District Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Beijing Huairou District Cultural Industry Development Promotion Center. The activity intends to invite a number of filmmakers to participate in the relay run for fun as the initiator, with the aim of balancing work and life through running. It creates a new form of film plus sports, expanding the reach of the BJIFF and further promoting the national fitness campaign and initiative in the field of film and television.

Participating teams from the film and television industry across Beijing, each consisting of six participants (with at least one female).
